IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Douala, Cameroon.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website and within the App. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
14. Mobile Application Specific Terms
App Stores: These Terms are between you and us only, and not with Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android devices) or any other app store provider (each, an "App Store Provider"). The App Store Provider is not responsible for the Service or its content.App Store Terms: Your use of the App must comply with the App Store Provider's terms of service.App Store Provider Beneficiary: The App Store Provider is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, the App Store Provider will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.Updates: We may from time to time provide updates to the App. These updates may be automatic or require you to manually install them. You agree to install all updates as soon as they are available.
15. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
